  DAY 1  CUSCO - ABRA MALAGA - SANTA MARIA

To Santa MariaWe will pick you up at your hotel and start the journey, transport from Cusco to Abra Málaga at an altitude of 4300 m. We will make a stop to admire the landscape, take pictures, then put on our equipment and start the descent by bike from that place. On the way, we will see the archaeological remains of Huamanmarca, and we will see the landscape and climate change with the decline. Then, we will arrive to Santa Maria, where we can rest and go rafting from there in the afternoon (optional). In the evening we will have dinner and rest.

  DAY 2  SANTA MARIA - INCA TRAIL - SANTA TERESA

We’ll have breakfast early and start the walk of the day. We will see some waterfalls along the way, as well as the types of flora and fauna that the landscape offers. In the afternoon, we will go to the hot springs of Cocalmayo (optional), where we can relax in the pool and recharge after a walk. We will live in the city of Santa Teresa, where we can dine and sleep.

  DAY 3  SANTA TERESA- HYDROELECTRIC - AGUAS CALIENTES

Walking to Aguas Calientes: We will wake up early to eat breakfast and head to the place where we can go ziplining. After this, we will take the vehicle to Hidroeléctrica, where we will have to hike for 3 hours to get to Aguas Calientes. We will have views of the mountains as we walk along the train tracks. We will eat dinner in Aguas Calientes, and the guide will give us the last instructions for the next day when we visit the citadel of Machu Picchu.

  DAY 4  MACHU PICCHU - OLLANTAYTAMBO - CUSCO

Machu Picchu And Train journey back to Cusco: Today we will rise very early and begin our journey to the Machu Picchu main gate. We will climb the mountain by stairs, which takes about an hour and a half. We will arrive at Machu Picchu, which is one of the seven wonders of the modern world, and we will make a 2-hour tour to visit its main areas. Anyone who chooses to climb a nearby mountain, be it Machu Picchu or Huayna Picchu, must do so within the time allotted to the place. After freely visiting the site and taking photographs, we will leave the archaeological site and start walking towards Hidroeléctrica, where the vehicle will wait for us to return to Cusco.
